Third Party Fund Administration is a Windows-driven electronic system that allows administrators such as attorneys, accountants and stockbrokers to perform basic banking transactions on behalf of their clients.

Third Party Fund Administration provides a platform for you to perform the following activities on your clients’ banking portfolios:

  • opening of accounts
  • electronic funds transfers
  • inter-account transfers
  • online reporting
  • viewing, downloading and printing month end statements
  • cheque withdrawals
  • closing of accounts
  • automated fee collection

How to access Third Party Fund Administration

The module can be accessed using any Internet Service Provider (ISP). However, access via one of Standard Bank's preferred suppliers, AT&T Global Network Services or Telkom CyberTrade, ensures:

  • enhanced security through direct information transfer using a virtual private network (VPN),
  • a closely monitored relationship subject to operational service level agreements.
